Platters

If your function does not require service staff, we can deliver the food on platters ready to serve, or heat and serve by yourself.
Platters can be ordered from both the platter menu, or from the canapé menu and instructions will be provided if they require last minute assembly.

  • If food is being delivered for you to serve yourself, a fee of $25 will be charged for CBD and inner suburbs.
  • Costs to deliver to areas outside the above will vary.
  • There will be a deposit required on platters, refundable on their return.

Cold

  • Dip Platter- Trio of homemade dips with a selection of cruditĂ©s, crackers and breads $5.50 per person
  • Antipasto platter – assorted chargrilled vegetables, olives, sundried tomatoes, marinated fetta,
    cold meats, cheeses etc. $8.00 per person
  • Gado Gado platter- cold cooked and raw vegetables, tofu, hardboiled egg, spicy peanut sauce $5.50 per person
  • Sushi Platters – assorted sushi; vegetarian, teriyaki chicken, smoked salmon with rocket and tuna
    with Japanese mayonnaise – 40 pieces $60
  • Vietnamese chicken ball platter wrapped in mint leaves served with sweet chilli sauce – 40 pieces $90
  • Thai fishcake platter served with sweet chilli sauce – 40 pieces $100.00
  • Frittata Platter – pea and fetta; spinach and pine nut; leek, gruyere and rocket
    or semi dried tomato and fetta – 40 pieces $80
  • Tortilla Platter – roast capsicum and potato or chorizo and sweet onion served with aioli – 40 pieces $80
  • Mini wrap platter – goats cheese, roast capsicum and mint or
    smoked salmon, spinach and horseradish – 40 pieces $80

Cheese Platters

  • Standard platter – 4 cheeses, nuts, dried fruit and crackers – $7.00 per person (min 10 persons)
  • Gourmet platter – Finest cheeses, nuts, fresh and dried fruit and crackers – $12.00 per person (min 10 persons)

Sandwich Platters

Sandwiches, Rolls, Wraps, and Baguettes are generously filled with a vast combination of fresh salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cut meats and sauces. (min 10 persons)

  • Finger sandwiches – $3.50 per person (two pieces)
  • Gourmet sandwiches – $5.50 per round (recommended 1.5 rounds per person)
  • Gourmet Rolls– Panini, Turkish, Ciabatta, Focaccia – $8.00 per bread
  • Gourmet Wraps – $8.00 per bread
  • Baguette Platter – $3.00 per piece
  • Savoury Baby Croissants  – $4.00 each
  • Large Savoury Croissants – $8.00 each

  • Middle Eastern sausage rolls – with minted yoghurt – 40 pieces $80

  • Mini Quiche Platter – assorted quiches – 40 pieces $75

  • Fruit skewers with yoghurt dip – $3.00 per skewer
  • Fruit platter – a selection of sliced seasonal fruits – $5.00 per person
  • Dessert Platter – A variety of small cakes and slices – $6.00 per person
